This is overdue, but I lived at Revolution Mill for a little over a year before buying a house, and it was the perfect place to be (having just moved to GSO). It was a beautiful space, and there were so many perks about living there. The campus has events, restaurants, galleries, hair salons, coffee, you name it! In addition, the staff there is responsive, super friendly, and always ready to help. Now I'm in the process of helping my parents find a place and move to NC, and planning to make this their next home! Highly recommend.

I’ve visited and stayed in the guest suite many times. Love the atmosphere and exposed brick. Also love the history behind this place!

Shady. Super Shady. Exchanged several emails regarding a rental only in the end to be told that they are at 100% occupancy and have no floor models so therefore they could not show me any actual apartment (there are 3 listed as available) prior to moving forward with an application. I said..."Nope". My husband decided that we should perhaps pursue one there as it would be super convenient. Went all the way through our application process to find out that they charge $400 to process an application. $400!. $100 is the application fee and $300 is listed as 'Admin Fee'. We were told that the admin fee is cover the cost of collecting our credit report and contacting our landlords. $400 to run a report on information that I input myself and to make 2 phone calls. Such BS. We have lived in Brooklyn, Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Chicago and I have never in my adult life been asked for what would end up as $700 in fees and non refundable deposits before we even move in. When asked about it we were told that the fees weren't uncommon/were competitive in the area. This is completely not true. In most markets, these charges are illegal. Should be here too.

No, Printworks Mill is an entirely separate apartment community.
No, although we do offer reduced monthly rental rates to individuals or households who meet certain income requirements. Please visit revolutionmillapartments.com and click "Affordable Housing" for full details of this program.
