Management before was absolutely horrible but I have to, indeed, give it to the new team at Summit Village Apartments a huge pat on the back and biggest thank you ever! Before Hawthorne took over, I had had PLENTY of maintenance things that had been requested and left undone for an ENTIRE YEAR but when the new team stepped in, all of my maintenance requests were completed within a few weeks (things that took all of a couple minutes to do). The front desk associate, Erica is always smiling when I come in to discuss apartment needs. She always is prompt and efficient in her work. Angie, the new finance and records associate stays on top of her game and is an essential part of the team as her communication skills are unmatched and I can’t thank her enough for her patience and willingness to communicate even if it’s bad news about long wait times or what not. Communication is important and she does her job to the most exquisite standards. Lastly, the new manager named Robyn has been very supportive and with much haste on administrative duties in regards to my complaints and apartment needs. She’s the epitome of what this complex needed when it comes to supervisory expertise and I’m so happy they have settled in as beautifully as they have! The maintenance men are quicker and more efficient as well! I’m glad they have done so much in such little time and proud to be a resident at Summit Village! Keep up the good work!

Absolutely impossible to get in touch with. I have health and safety concerns at the complex I am at, and they have not gotten back to me even though I call everyday, leave voicemails, and email for three weeks now. Although, I know they are getting my messages as they told the leasing manager at my complex that I called them. But didn’t call me back? Very concerning that corporate won’t get in touch with a resident having health and safety concerns. Take that as you will.

Horrible place to live, kept my deposit and had to pay for cleaning even tho it was included. Maintenance sucked and management was worst. Please look else where. Tried to talk to management they couldn’t give me a minute in the day.

Hi Kevin. You would need to reach out to the community where you applied for an apartment home. All offices are closed today for the holiday but will be open first thing tomorrow morning.
