i don’t normally post reviews but this place deserves it. if I could give 0 stars I would. Back in July I toured what I thought was a lovely updated, 2 bedroom apartment on the first floor. I asked the employee who gave me my tour if this is the unit I would be in. He said yes, and directed me to which one to apply for on the website. I applied, got accepted and prepared for move in. Signing the lease and paying the deposits as well as the application fee. Move in day comes, I arrive to find out I’m not in the unit I was promised and applied for, but it is a second story, non-renovated unit with “two doors needing replacing”. I looked at the apartment before moving my things in and it was completely unacceptable. Stained carpets, a broken front door, and the two bathroom doors looked like someone had thrown a person through them. Talking to the employee he said “Sorry, that employee lied to you about the unit”. Best he could offer me was to refund me the application fee and security deposit. I was told it would take 30 days to come in the mail. After 30 days, still no check. Emailed the office and was told it can “take up to 45 days to come through their accounting department”. Well how’s it’s been over 50 DAYS AND NO CHECK STILL. I HAVE CONTACTED MY LAWYER. This place is corrupting and stealing money from people.

Madison Woods has a great staff, great location, and a excellent maintenance team. Only reason I’m still not living there is work relocation

This place is older, but I do love the maintenance guy Kj, he is super hardworking and helpful. Gets everything fixed in a timely manner. Very passionate about his work! The office needs real help.

THE RENT IS WAYYYYYYYYYY TOOOOOOO HIGHHHHHHHH!!!!!!! Poor management!!!!!! People will hit your car. No cameras in parking lots. Pool is alway full of people who don’t live out here…..knat problem…… RUNNNNN!!!!!!!!!!!
