This place has really gone downhill. Now you see a different “doctor” each time you go. Some are good, some are indifferent and some are downright awful. I was seen in the office four days ago for a UTI, my symptoms are no better, and today - after multiple calls to the office - has produced zero results. Extremely poor medical care.

Dr. Brown has a very nasty and snobby attitude! I hope I do not have to go back to this location ever again.

I was new to the area so I called to get set up as a new patient. The receptionist was so rude. She said I wouldnt be seen until next year (i called in october) and that no one in the area would see me before than. I said i would need to be seen sooner than that and she said oh well go to the emergency room then. The whole conversation made cone health look bad. I called a different clinic the same day and was seen by a doctor a few hours later.

Will not answer the phone, Doctors will not return calls and not very well trained..Very RUDE.This office has become a joke it needs to be reported to a higher authority plus could use some major cleaning.
