Switched fuel companies from another company to Berico. No regrets, they have great prices, quick to respond and you get to talk to a friendly person from start (calling in to the office) to finish (service technician who comes to your home). You will be very happy, make the choice to use Berico. Update. Berico is still fantastic! I can't say enough about their customer service people. Thank you so very much for taking care of us!

We have been using Berico for our heating and cooling needs since the late 60's. They have always been reliable and fair in all my dealings with them. We recently had them install an American Standard Silver Series dual fuel heat pump/natural gas unit in July 2022. I've seen our electric bill drop over $40 per month since it was installed. Berico also installed the Iwave Air Ionization System and a Honeywell Media Filtration System. The air quality improvement in our home is amazing! Since our ductwork is over 50 years old, rather than cleaning out the ductwork, Berico will be coming back to install a new sealed-ductwork system under the house. Can't wait to see and feel another improvement to the air quality and energy savings going forward. I'd also like to thank Adam and Oscar for performing such professional work installing my system. These guys were a pleasure to work with and I'm thankful for the effort they put into my project. It's safe to assume I'll be using Berico in the future. See you guys when you're here installing the new ductwork. Thanks, Brian Fitzgerald

I called Berico because air was not coming out of 2 of my vents and also my thermostat never reached the number I set it to. I set it for 72 but the house stayed at 78. Service fees can be expensive just for a company to come out. I figure if you are paying 100 they should thoroughly check your system. The technician found a hole in my duct but never checked the temperature of the air coming out of my vents Nothing was checked. It took a month for another technician to finally fix the duct and he actually listened and he took time to check out the vents and said it wasn’t getting cool enough. He said it should have been addressed in the initial call. There were other issues with the initial repair of the duct. Berico set to make their work right by reimbursing some of my money. AND the second technician actually found the problem. My emergency heat was running continuously because it was stuck on. I am so grateful to finally have an answer. No one could find it. The reason I am giving 4 instead of 5 stars is that I feel I should have been reimbursed more money. I paid 100 for that initial service call where nothing was really checked (I was there) and it took a month to finally have someone find the problem. Since it was a month, that was $300 for my power bill. I feel some of that should have been reimbursed because the problem could have been fixed much sooner, saving me yet another high power bill, had the technician really gave me my money’s worth for the initial visit. At least reimburse the $100. But I am so grateful the other technician found the problem. And they really did own up to the initial job that wasn’t done correctly, that shows integrity. I would recommend them. **your records are incorrect, you refunded $250 plus the $60 for my handyman who did the temporary fix after you came out

Good morning, we have a diagnostic fee of $95 plus tax, if you have our service agreements your diagnostic fee would be $76 plus tax. Freon cost would be determined by the tech, depending on the type you have and how many pounds needed. Please contact our office at 336-273-8663 if you would like to schedule an appointment.
