Poor water infrastructure issues that causes damages to apartment as well as personal belongings. HVAC nearly never worked even after several service visits where they said it worked fine and they would just change an air filter. Complaints about neighbors ignored. My apartment reeked of neighbors who smoked weed for over a year. Other damages existed to apartment from previous tenants. Renovations are also cheap. I could never in good faith spend even half what they charge for their rent again in exchange for what they offer.
