Office staff is rude other than Travis! As long as you have no issues you may be fine! They need to understand customer service goes a long way and without tenants they wouldn’t have a job!!

I moved directly from my home country to cedar trace apartments which became my home for three years. I was able to communicate with Fernanda, Chatonya and Rosie from then and they helped me to have a seamless transition. Travis, who later joined the team added more to an already great entity. They are professional, extremely kind and helpful. They go above and beyond the scope of their duties to help their tenants. The maintenance team is great and responsive as well. The surroundings are well kempt. When the pandemic hit they made no excuses and worked to resume normal operations with due diligence. I would definitely recommend this apartment complex to others.
