This facility is very nice and well kept. I had to board my kitten for 5 days and wanted peace of mind that she was being cared for in a facility. I was told I could call and check on her anytime. I called the second day she was boarding to check on her. I had to leave a message the first time for them to call me back. I knew it was getting close to their facility closing and still had not heard about how she was doing so I called again. I was told a "manager" was busy but would call me back in a couple of hours. I never got a call back that day. The next day I called and expressed to the receptionist that I had wanted to hear how my kitten was and I wasn't getting a call back about her. I was then told that the "manager" was out to lunch and would call around 3. The "manager" finally called me close to 4 that afternoon, over 24 hours since I had called the first time requesting a report on how my baby was doing. I was not happy about having to wait so long for someone in this facility to give me just 5 mins of their time to let me know how my kitten was doing for her first boarding trip.
