I really had an excellent experience with my person! She listened careful to my history of Central Auditory Processing Disorder. Which is a rather difficult problem to explain to people. I've worn bilateral hearing aids before. So this is a opportunity to get them again. Now, with the upgrades in technology, I'll not have to worry about batteries! These will be rechargable! When you have the type of problem that I do, and you get hearing aids, it's like going from black and white tv to color TV.. just a miracle! I can't wait to go back and have the fitting for them! I'm so excited! Just a great experience overall 😊😊😁!

I first came hear back about 13 years ago to get my ears checked because I was losing my hearing in my right ear. They would not try to sell me a hearing aid that did not work properly soo they sent me to ENT.....I have always thought that there was fluid in my ear, but the ENT doc did not find anything. Frustrated I waited a few more years... Tried another Hearing Aid company and they sold me a very expensive solution that my Dog ate...Got that one replaced for free then the dog ate that one.....purchased a few on line hearing aids that did not work properly and had to be sent back to have the batteries replaced, etc.....so just stopped using. Got a telemarketing call on hearing aides and I decided to try again...They sent me back to Hearing Solutions (Full circle in 13 years). Again they would not sell me a hearing aid that would not work for me....instead they recommended a local ENT and guess what?? he saw a bubble behind my ear drum and I had been right all these years, and he said you do have fluid in your ear......Now we are getting somewhere....three weeks and a drain tube later fluid was still coming out of my ear....ENT sent me to get Cat Scan of head, and low and behold I had a hole in the brain Dura (Sorry for spelling) leaking spinal fluid into my middle ear for all those years.....Wonderful surgeon recommended by ENT three months ago, and the hole is patched and I have a lot more of my natural hearing back. Sorry for running sol long but Just back at Hearing Solutions today. Their in house staff is awesome and I would recommend these folks to anyone. I had a free trail period for two weeks. Today I just ordered my hearing aid from best place around.....I wish there were more companies like this in this world today. Bravo I'm a client for life.....
