I went in to Purchased new plates. Customer service was friendly and facility was clean. Left the office with new plates About a week later I got a separate set of plates in the mail with a note saying that they pulled the wrong plates! WHAT SO FOR A WEEK I WAS DRIVING AROUND WITH UNREGISTERED PLATES! IF I WOULD HAVE GOTTEN PULLED OVER THEY WOULD HAVE IMPOUNDED MY CAR AND I COULD HAVE WENT TO JAIL ! Double, triple check your plates before you leave the parking lot! Make sure they match the paperwork they give you. After I got the letter I call the police department to ask them what plates were registered to my vehicle. I even had to go back to the dmv to make sure and come to find out they put my car down as a 2019 not a 2014. So not only did they give me the wrong plates they also charged me the wrong amount. Wast of my time and money they need to be more careful!

The hours on website clearly state from 8 to 5. Once you get there and here is a sign on the inside that says no title after 4:30 pm. If that is the case then your hours in the website need to reflect that. People drive and rush to get there before the hours that are officially posted. It’s not fair to turn them away. Also the people need to have a better attitude when speaking with public regarding these matters. The employee was very rude in her tone.

Two of the ladies that work here are extremely unpleasant and go out of their way to be unhelpful and rude to customers. I have observed this time and time again both as I’ve waited in line and personally. 2 stars because I did accomplish what I needed... eventually.
