Lovely community . Clean apartments. Great space in units. Large kitchen. Nice landscaping throughout. Very lovely pool. Package storage/pick up area. Management is very helpful and quick to respond.

I have had a great experience living at the community. I feel very safe here for myself and children. The community is neighborly which I love, the type of community where you can ask your neighbors for a cup of sugar. It is also close to local shopping, dining, and trails. Any issues I have had have been resolved timely. 10/10 recommend

Run away do not move here!!! We were very unhappy here. Dead mice on our second floor patio, no parking, had to park 75 feet from our building on a regular basis. Moved out a month ago and received a move out statement that we owed them $1,100 for having to replace perfectly good carpet due to “pet odor” there were no pet stains or odor whatsoever. Already sent bill to collections before we had a chance to dispute the charges. Units are very overpriced. Staff is very nice until you sign your lease then very rude. The only good thing about this apartment is the maintenance guys. Trash compactor and recycle dumpster overfill once or twice a week. Complete waste of money don’t move here!!!

I lived in this complex two years. The community is beautiful, the apartments are big and a lot of amenities. Staff is very friendly and they will give the best to help you out. Maintenance is wonderful. Even on a Sunday they came out to fix the problem, if you actually have any. They have a lot of family friendly programs and if you have children they will gonna love it here. My son had a lot of great friends here and I never was afraid to let him outside alone with his friends. I will move back to here when our journey finishes at Florida. I miss this place a 100 percent.
