I have been a very quiet tenant. However, maintenance is horrible. I am to the point of calling my own plumbing services and THIS company will be billed. This is ridiculous. It makes no sense to have your PAYING RESIDENTS to wait 2-3 weeks before a request is filled. I have had slow plumbing in my kitchen which is affecting my kitchen area! It's sad that we have to pay a high rent for services that are not upkept, amenities are the bare minimum, etc. and No I do not need to call the office to discuss this comment. Thank you!

So far so good. I’ve only been here a month thus far so I can’t tell you how they are as far a long term living. However for the time being, I can’t complain too much. Maintenance does pretty good, the apartments are nice looking apartments, the location is good (right next to Harris Teeter) and the staff has been awesome.Tierra, thank you for letting us know what a good experience you've had thus far.
