Overpriced, $60 bearing found at Lowe's for $5.98. At one time they were small business friendly but I believe now they take advantage of company accounts.

From my experience it has been as simple as going into any of their branches with an invoice for the product and explain the problem with the product. They have always been able to help me. Just yesterday I returned a defective product and walked out with a new one 😁
