I lived here for 2 years while my mom has lived here for almost 15 years. These apartments have declined tremendously. We recently helped my mom move as the massive rent increase was unjustifiable including the mandatory trash valet. Office staff turn over is high due to the numerous sells of the property. Each new property owner does nothing to show they care about the residents. The current office staff is incompetent as we had to continuously call the office to get a lease break amount which they could not calculate correctly as well as pro-rated rent. Thought we were done with them until now they are asking for a $30 water bill which they should have collected at time of key turn in. The apartment is in a good location in the city. However, save yourself and look at other properties. Please take a look at the lovely photos of her ceiling separating from the wall and her old tub that they claimed they resealed. We used bleach to clean the tub and this still was the result. They claimed an engineer was going to come fix this issue for the ceiling. That was 3 years ago. Update as of April 16, 2021: Reached out to the contact information below and the manager does not respond. Love that they respond to reviews but still cannot deliver the LIVE IT! Experience they claim they offer!

Since I’ve moved to Greensboro Terrace Oaks has been nothing but good to me. Even when we went through a management switch, the new manager Christa was very friendly and helpful with my concerns. My apartment was up to date and the little problems I did have, maintenance was quick with handling my concerns. It’s safe and quiet and I plan to renew my lease here in March

Permits are for non-visitor (aka resident) spaces and the spaces by the office. Visitor spaces are scattered through the complex, clearly labeled, and limited to about 24 hours.
No very expensive.
