Their returns of 10% have been better than any other real estate service I'm currently invested in. I started at a small investment and just increased my holdings with them. The only drawback I had investing with streitwise is the sign-up process takes several weeks but their customer service has been good and they helped me along the whole way.

I've invested in two so-called "e-REITs" thus far: stREITwise and RealtyMogul. I've only been invested for approximately 6 months in both, but I've found the interface and experience positive. I was particularly attracted to stREITwise because I really liked the quality of current real estate asset in their fund and the relatively low leverage ratio. Some of the other online funds use very high leverage ratios to try and juice returns, which makes me nervous if there were ever a downturn. I feel more confident that stREITwise would be able to weather the storm of any recession. I also like that it is an actual true equity investment rather than a preferred equity/debt model, which would limit my upside potential. I look forward to seeing what future real estate assets are added to the fund.

stREITwise is an online real estate investment platform that provides investors exposure to a diversified portfolio of cash flowing real estate located in inefficiently-priced markets throughout the United States.
While our competitors charge upfront fees as high as 15% of your initial investment, stREITwise’s upfront expenses are CAPPED at 3%. As for ongoing costs such as acquisition fees, disposition fees, financing fees and incentive fees, all of which impact total returns negatively, stREITwise doesn’t charge ANY of those. Just a 2% asset management fee that is based on Net Asset Value.
The minimum investment is 500 shares at the NAV price in effect at the time of purchase which is approximately $5,000. The minimum may change quarterly, based on share price changes. We also may adjust the share price minimum any quarter. Once you've invested you can increase your holdings in $500 increments.
