UPDATE 8-15-22 - it gets worse!! After speaking the the person at PODS who answers these negative posts, I was referred to the "customer advocacy group". They offered 2 more prices to make the change. In 3 days PODS has now tried to sell me the same move for $19,000, $6,500 and $5,500. When the contract i agreed to 2 weeks ago says it should be $4,100. This is the worst experience i've ever had. Note: Moving from Los Angeles to Jacksonville FL. Bait and switch. Do not trust what the reps promise you!! i have a contract from 2 weeks ago to move from west coast to east coast in September for about $4k. when i booked it I didn't know exactly which city i was moving to, but knew the general area. The Pods rep said that wouldn't be a problem and I could change it once i know exactly where i'm going and the price would only go up or down at a rate of 1.50 per mile for the difference in distance. Now that we know exactly where we are going, I just called to change to a city in the same state, about 100 miles less distance for PODS to travel from the original location. I expected price to drop by about $150 or so, but instead the price will increase from $4k to $19k!! A friend making the same move called pods yesterday and was quoted 7200 for the same distance. There is no consistency here. its like buying a used car from a sleazy dealership.

Very easy to get a quote and use delivery driver was super helpful had to reschedule my pick up on a street sweeping day but the reschedule was super easy process over great experience.

No need to stress! PODS is there for you. I used PODS on 2 occasions. They are clean, sturdy and perfect size! Easy to schedule. PODS held and stored our piano, refrigerator and lots and lots of boxes! Staff is friendly and efficient. Thank you PODS!

POD was so convenient and took a lot of our stress away. We relocated from LA to Atlanta, and had no idea how long it would take to find our new home. After 15 months, our giant POD was delivered safely and all out items account for. They were truly awesome!
