This bank is really too bull shit, you can cancel the cancellation of the account, the service is really bad, there is a staff member named Betty Chang and one called Maria. These two people are simply the best, I will change the money, change A box of 1cent is only 25 yuan to collect me five dollars. The young service is very good. Worst Bank ever, inefficient system to screen new account candidates. Incompetent poor communication! Do not waste your time if you don’t speak mandarin or cantonese and you are from country side mainland China than maybe you can have a chance!
