Terrible bank, central call center, drive thru window closed randomly and without notice. If you call the branch manager you have to leave a voice mail, its been hours still no call back. Forget this bank!

**(Update Below) The customer service is above and beyond. Maria, Georgia, and Margaret are always so upbeat and eager to assist me, even when I have a several different transactions at the same time. The manager Sarkis and Chris are always available and super friendly and helpful. To be greeted with a smile at a bank is a rare and welcome experience, I highly regarded and recommend them to all my friends and family. **(Update) While all of the above is true, during this global pandemic, they seem to be short staffed and overworked. I went to the other location in B.H. and saw a guy who used worked at this location. B.H. had plenty of staff, who ever is in charge of the staffing seems to not care to fully support this location as much as the B.H. location. 😥 It's a very sad thing to do to people who are risking there lives to keep your business running smoothly during this unprecedented time in history and this will reflect badly on RBC since they own this business. RBC losses my good will for failing to recognize the need for better monitoring and support for subsidiary business. As a global power player it's important to know what's going on in your businesses big and small. *** Stop being rude to the tellers, these people are super nice and super busy. I keep getting in line behind rude people. Why is the staff keep getting smaller and smaller? Who ever is in charge of hiring needs to come and sit in the bank and see how long the lines have gotten. THEY NEED MORE STAFF.

The customer service is ridiculous! Not sure what the problem is but every time I come here I have a problem. I’m not sure there is a discrimination issue based on status or age. They aren’t very kind, get an attitude when you have questions but will switch it off when the manager comes over. And anyone wanting to use COVID as an excuse to be rude should really reevaluate their business and their moral compass. What a shame!

The tattooed manager mentioned before is one of the best bank managers I have ever met, he always answers all my questions and finds out if he does not know the answer. Your "southern hospitality" must have also given you blinders to the fact that he is amazing despite his tattoo's. I don't know for sure, but I am pretty sure he has a southern accent, not an LA one.
