I would not recommend these apartments. They price gouge,(I took over my buddies old apartment and he was getting charged 900 I was getting charged 1200) not worth their money and can not return a phone call. The management is horrible. You probably won’t get your deposit back either. I’ve been calling for almost a week straight, and all they do is allow you to leave voicemails.I’ve also left emails When the ice storm hit, there was ice in the parking lots for about 4 weeks(I’m talking about the apartment walkways that needed to be scrapped, they never got sun so they never cleared up)I was tempted daily to do it myself. But that’s not my job. If I was a lesser man I would have sued for falling 4 or 5 times. Thank God I’m not 85 years old. The apartments themself really ain’t that bad. But everything else, what really sells a place to live isn’t there. Also their gates never seemed to work. This place ain’t it people. I think you’d be happier, probably safer, and definitely would have more money in your pocket if you just buy a tent and pitch it out in the street. They’ll reply to this and tell me how sorry they are, but that’s not gonna put my deposit back in my pocket.

I would not recommend this property for anyone; until either the property management and its staff are fired or reassigned to another property. These are very nice apartments, and the tenants pay more than enough money monthly to have to deal with inadequacy and a lack of care and concern by the staff here Let me start by saying that I have been living at this apartment complex for three years currently. The previous staff and property manager were terrific for the first year of my first lease. I would not dare discredit the knowledge they had of the property and how well they maintained it and made follow-ups when there was a concern. As of right now, with new property management and new staff in the office that has been at the property for the last year, I would not recommend this property to anyone looking for a place to call home. Along with the property manager, the staff has a poor and embarrassing level of following up with issues and knowledge of their property. The most recent event I encountered with the team and property manager was a car alarm going off every 15 minutes for one month straight. I notified the property manager and her staff, who did nothing to rectify the situation. I also reached out to the local Police Department(4 times), who were made aware of the issue and investigated the matter. They ensured they stopped by the property management office to inform them each time. Even after multiple police calls, the property manager failed to do anything to rectify the noise violation. It took me calling Greensboro Police Department for the fourth time and informing the Police Department that I am ready to press charges against the property manager and their staff. When police arrived, they asked how long it has been going on and was the property manager aware. We informed them that they were notified multiple times but failed to do anything. Greensboro Police Department told us that if the property fails to do anything going forward, let them know they will take action against the property. The property manager and the property staff ran the car's license plate. While the vehicle was not registered to the property in their database they failed to follow up on the issue and find other solutions even though the Police Department stopped by the office every time they were called out. The property did not request vehicle owner information from the Police Department until they were threatened to be charged for known noise ordinance violation, and it failed to act. This is just one of many examples of the lack of care, attention, and concern that the new property management and staff show for their tenants and their property.

If there was a 0 star slot I would choose it. We have been in many rentals over the last 15 years and this one is absolutely disgusting. You pay extra for a gate that never worked. We lived there for 4 months. Amazon hub that is constantly broken. Mildew in apartments, leaky sinks, no fire hydrants in buildings, and trash is constantly over flowing on property since there is only 1 trash compactor that is also constantly broken. Before moving in we’re told about upgrading on countertops and cabinets only to be surprise with trash and the kitchen was falling apart. This place is listed as luxury but it is over priced garage. I would not recommend this place until they get new management. They have no idea how to run a apartment complex.
