A truly excellent shopping experience. The team are super helpful: Waverley found me the perfect size for every single item I wanted and did it with a genuinely helpful and friendly attitude. We put Carhartt clothing to very hard use - vs barbed wire, rocks, lumberjack work - at our mountain ranch in Wyoming and it is truly rugged. Great little store in a good location with a very positive vibe …. Thumbs up from me.

Excellent customer service. I don’t write too many “Excellent” reviews, but the staff of this Carhartt store performed above & beyond on issuing a return of a couple of items for my wife that did not fit. I had to ship the items back to the store and after a mix-up with the delivery, Matt and his manager (misplaced her name) made sure I received my refund. I will definitely shop here again.

Rushed across town to get to this store prior to close at 6 PM. Arrived at 5:45 only to learn they arbitrarily close at 5 PM…during the holiday season. They are only open for 6 hours a day during the week, 11-5. Really? Their Google listing was updated a week ago and still lists their close time of 6 PM. I bought my much needed gear elsewhere. I thought this brand is for hardworking people? Hardworking people are working during the day, not shopping between 11-5.
