Delta what a disappointment at SeaTac today. I want to love Delta but a simple standby on a relatively empty flight saving us 4 hours was screwed up by unnecessary lines; incompetent Delta staff and a poorly designed Delta app. While we didn’t make the standby our bags did! Oh joy! One bright point; manager “Mohammad” (didn’t get a last name) desperately fighting the good fight trying to resolve multiple complaints but, sadly, it was a losing battle. Delta succeeded in putting a sour note on an otherwise wonderful Alaska cruise. Congratulations Delta….you succeeded in that at least. Streamline your systems Delta. Just one more smoothed into a plane traveling... I hate flying as I am 6'6" about 275 pounds and I do not fit in the cheap seats...at least not over an hour! One flight the flight attendants were unpleasant and I could not wait to get off the plane!¡!

Best local airline, period, fast service,complementary entertainment screen, always checking on you, what more could you ask when you are flying on basic economy 🙂

Dear Delta, I despise the leg room (or lack thereof, I should say). I also believe you need to reconsider the distance between connecting flights. I had 15 minutes to get from one end of the airport to the other. I was speed walking the entire way and barely made my flight. Another gal on the same flights did not make it because her asthma kept her from running. I didn't know her last name and was unable to make anyone wait for her. I DO like the monitors you have on the larger planes and that I've never crashed with you folks yet. And I love the views when we are up in the air.
