This place is the biggest Ripoff I’ve ever dealt with and never again. The main manager lady is rude and offensive. The assistant manager lady was nice though. But prices doubled in first year then predatory late fees were ridiculous and designed to make catching up hard. They then cut off your locks and “inventory” your stuff (I had a lot of clothes and tools go missing) and then force you to buy their locks to protect “their” property. Total rip off! Avoid PUBLIC STORAGE AT ALL COST! Use at your own risk!

Tequila and Melissa were extremely helpful and accommodating. I was greeting as soon as o walked through the door. The original unit I wanted was no longer available. These 2 wonderful ladies were very swift in finding another larger unit that works just as great. I really appreciate how quick and easy this process was especially because this was my first time renting a storage space and wasn’t exactly sure how all this worked. Teuila explained everything to me which made this process seamless. Thank you ladies for all your help you’re GREAT!!

This Public Storage location is amazing! The staff here are extremely kind and very helpful! I appreciate Joey and Melissa for all the help they were awesome helping me upgrade my unit and guiding me around the building. Tony was appreciated for helping us take back the dolly’s we borrowed. Definitely would recommend this awesome location and staff 😊

I just needed a storage unit to put my fall/winter items away for the season and I left Public Storage with a new friend!! Teuila was my service agent and she was amazing!! It was somewhat early in the morning when I came in super high energy, she matched that energy and helped me find the perfect unit for my needs. Fast, friendly, knowledgeable are just a few things I can say about Teuila there are several more!! Keep up the great work and I look forward to seeing you!! You are lucky to have her on your team!!

Yes, they have a specific lock, that is cut resistant, but that they can also unlock if need be.
Yes, gate/access hours and office hours at this location are the same. I think there are specific units designated for 24-hour access, but you have to choose those units in particular, and they cost extra. Otherwise, the hours are: Monday - Friday: 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM Saturday: 9:30 AM - 5:00 PM Sunday: 9:30 AM - 5:00 PM
They dont have that size. Their website lists the sizes and prices with special discounts depending on size, etc

There POLICY is CHARGE you if you don't PAY ON TIME JUST LIKE OUTSIDE..... It's not my policy I've long ago cleaned my storage
You can call the office where your storage unit is at and pay over the phone
Tell Google to make an online payment to Public Storage. It works for me everytime.
