One of the store managers I talked to was very rude about my inquiry to use the onsite moving truck. I wasn't told it was available to use for move-in, so when I saw the truck about a month later, I asked if I could use it for an hour to move some stuff in from about a mile away. I was snippily told that it wasn't a possibility to use the free truck offer, and if I wanted to use the truck I'd have to pay a bunch of fees, put a deposit down *in cash*, and get a receipt for the gas refill (for two miles of driving?). It would have cost more than twice as much as renting a bigger uhaul from another storage facility nearby. Which is exactly what I rented when I moved out at the end of that current month after that experience and into the other cheaper storage facility with uhauls onsite. Your managers should be more polite to customers and your onsite trucks should cost less than a uhaul, since we're already paying customers of storage units! Fix the garage door too, it's been broken for over a month.

The facility was clean and bright; Jonathan and others in the office were very accommodating in providing an appropriate unit. They called me once when I hadn’t locked the door properly—special pricing was great, too! I have rented storage units many times, and CubeSmart is consistently professional and helpful. I will rent from them again, should the need arise.

clean, easy and was able to use a discount promo to make it super cheap. They were very attentive to the units and would check on them often, they even caught that we didn’t properly lock ours within a few min of us leaving. honestly so great and they even have a van you can use for free if you book out. The one downside what that there was a key pad that was busted for several weeks that required us to prop a door open making moving a little bit of a pain.

Climate-controlled storage units are temperature controlled. Climate control means that we use reasonable efforts to maintain a temperature in the building where the Cube is located of between 55- and 80-degrees Fahrenheit. This type of environment is ideal for storing furniture, metal, fabric, and other items
