I have had insurance with Allstate, State Farm, Farmer's Insurance, Liberty Insurance to name a few and I have never had such a wonderful experience in dealing with an agent that I have had in dealing with Sue Mueller, I retired from working with the public at SSA and I know when someone enjoys helping and she is that person. She was professional and very attentive to her job and returned phone calls in a timely manner as I asked questions. She made everything simple and talked at my level. but never down t me. She worked in getting me a rental car while my vehicle was being worked on and never passed the buck just did her job. I reside in Colorado and that did not matter to her she just answered every question I had. I am a minority with a strong accent but that did not matter to her. My son has spoken very highly of your insurance company and now I am a believer. I know you don't have all those commercials on television but your company was beyond well represented by your representative Sue Mueller, Thank you Sue and the company you represent. We've been waiting for three weeks for someone to come inspect my daughter's wrecked car, and apparently will be waiting at least another week. This has caused a massive hardship, as she cannot get to work due to where we live. I seriously doubt any of the 5-star reviews left (most without comment) are legitimate.

I must say I am quite impressed with the service I have received from Grange and Mario. I was in an accident and my insurance did not have rental car so I worked with the other parties... Grange. It has been easy, and they have accepted full liability. I will consider them when I come up for renewal. This is the kind of company I would want to do business with!
