The in-person customer service is amazing!! And even after experiencing a glitch in whether my items were moved out without my authorization or not the Des Moines Drive site general manager was very apologetic and made sure to rectify this glitch and assure me my items were still in my storage unit. The Des Moines Drive site is a one-woman show but she's constantly making the best efforts at providing great customer service.

Hi Gordon, I am the Managing owner of this facility, and I appreciate your input here. I’m a bit confused after reading your question/comment and I’d love some clarification. We did have some issues early on with tenant payments of another facility going to ours and I wonder if this is what may have happened here as I don't see you listed as one of our current or past customers. Nonetheless, I’d like to know who you talked to and more about what happened so we can make some changes or fixes if necessary. Climate-controlled storage units are temperature controlled. Climate control means that we use reasonable efforts to maintain a temperature in the building where the Cube is located of between 55- and 80-degrees Fahrenheit. This type of environment is ideal for storing furniture, metal, fabric, and other items
Most of our facilities have an electronic gate system that can only be opened by a code that is assigned to each individual tenant.
To keep you and your information secure we have set up multiple ways you can pay including using our mobile app, our online customer center, stopping by the office, or mailing a check directly to your local facility. Additionally, we offer the convenience of AutoPay, which will automatically charge your Mastercard, Discover, Visa, or American Express each month without additional fees.
