I am blown over by the customer service here. I am not local, but I needed to find an Asian grocery store that could deliver to my dad in the area. I contacted Oriental Food Value via messaging, and I connected with Raleigh Lau. He first mentioned that they do not deliver. Then, he reached out and offered to personally deliver food to my dad...it literally made me tear up. He took me through the market via videochat to get what my dad needed and then dropped it off at his house. I will not forget his kindness and his willingness to help a stranger. 100% will always shop there when I'm visiting my dad. Thank you!

I’m a customer of this store since they were on 82nd / Foster. Today I have a chance to stop by after a while, I see they add sushi and bubble tea which is good. I’m glad to see their business picked up.

Owners work registers, constantly on the front lines serving customers and communicating and directing workflows. They hand out samples of new foods and they also sell premium Asian furniture. They compete against Fubon, Uwajimaya and Asian family mart. Lots of great foods to choose from and one of the best sushi restaurants in town inside “Delish Kitchens”

My family and I have been customers of this store for years; we even followed them to their new location! We are moving out of the area and finally brought in our paper receipts to redeem for a reward AND THEY SAID NO! After years of being told to save our receipts as they are the only way to get one of the vases or beautiful paintings that THEY WON'T SELL, only to be told that our receipts were USELESS. We were already disappointed with the reduced availability of products when locations changed, but the thought of 'earning' our gift kept us coming back. To learn that their loyalty program is an absolute joke, Uwagimaya is the far better choice.
