I understand Albert Lee is a retailer at the mercy of manufacturers who are most affected by supply chain issues during the pandemic, but we've made our second purchase from them during this time and once again they've overpromised and underdelivered. You need to have stock of a unit or ABSOLUTE certainty you can receive it on a timeline you promise. And if you can't you tell us when it will be available. It's ok to have a range of time, but that's not what was communicated. Edit: The manufacturer misled the company about availability, though there still was a lack of timely communication as to a change in availability. Such is life and now the wait begins. That's not their fault

From initial contact with Dave in sales to delivery of my appliances by Troy and Brian, my experience could not have been better. Dave was honest and forthcoming with the information I needed to make my decision. When I needed space to think he gave me space. No high pressure used care salesman banter. Troy and Brian were expedient, careful and informative too. Troy advised me to purchase a protective silicone mat for the top of my cook surface. Brilliant advice. Not only did they do a professional installation that went smoothly, they were pleasant company as well. A+ to Albert Lee.

Good sales in store help or service but after purchase it goes down down to no service with usually no call back or help. Besides that they do not carry parts like water filters or referred us to a place that does . We bought 4 major appliances and went through poor install service with less information than helpful. Then cannot get a service person out. It is the way they seem to want to run the business and i am sure they make more if they don’t deal with small problems . Take care checking over everything before you buy and don’t expect help after.
