We purchased a Steinway Model B Spirio a few months ago and have enjoyed it increasingly over the break-in period which required tuning 3 times already out of 4 complimentary sessions. From the sales experience through today, we have had excellent service under the direction of the store Manager, Jordan James, who attended to every detail including a home presentation with video about the design and making of this fabulous instrument. The piano replaced a large grand I bought 42 years ago, a fine instrument in it own right. But the Spirio is a revelation! It plays as a fine grand independent of the "player" mechanism and when you hear it, you are inspired hearing all kinds of pianists as if they are sitting there performing for just YOU! The mechanics, voicing and clarity of this piano is the best I have ever experienced. It inspires me to practice more and simply play more for sheer enjoyment. I love it and will hopefully enjoy it for many years to come. I am so glad we met Jordan and his technician Yuri! Thanks so much. Richard Beaudry

I bought my new Boston upright from Steinway Seattle. From the get go, Jordan James who is the manager had been very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He made us feel welcome and I saw that he did the same to everyone who visited the store. The selections are great in this store. The lifetime investment upgrade program is definitely worth it.
