Westland Distillery produces an array of American single malts with various finishes and mash bills (sherry cask, American Oak, peated barley). Cocktails and tasting flights, or by the dram, are available for their standard lineup plus their special/limited releases. My favorites: Wild American Single Malt, American Oak, “5963” cask strength. Expect lineup changes as they move to be carbon neutral within the next 3 years. Definitely worth a stop while in the Seattle area!

Westland Distillery warms my heart - and not just from the whiskey. I have visited this space as both a customer and a photographer for an engaged couple. Both times, the distillery was pristine, inviting, and an overall great experience. Phoebe, the customer experience and events manager, allowed us to shoot throughout the distillery. Such a great time.
