Not what it looks like. Rent is tolo high . Have to pay extra for dumpsters and yard maintenance and when rains some walkways is ankle deep in water.

The Hedges is a liability waiting to be sued. The property is not kept up during hazardous weather. There was not a speck of salt placed anywhere; parking lot, stairs, or sidewalks during the recent snow/ice storm even a week after, and yes I have pictures. The handicap parking spaces are continuously occupied by those without handicap tags, without any reinforcement, i also with pictures. Anyone, resident or delivery beware!!!! I did call and Jerome, the current manager and he refused to talk with me, yes I recorded the conversation.

I applied to this apartment and paid the application fee(s). I received no updates on my application status and I called more than once during their open hours but left a voicemail to the leasing office instead, no one ever got back to me. No contact at all, shows how interested they are in helping potential renters.

I’ve been in my place for 3 months now. And I wouldn’t recommend these apartments. This is the 2nd time I’ve cane home and my bedroom light was left on. I saw reviews of maintenance man coming in anytime he wants before I moved in and should’ve listened! I still have yet to have my inventory check also. Maintenance even walked in without knocking one day. I’m leaving this review honestly and truthfully. I’m upset more bc my privacy is invaded and I don’t trust them at this point. Theo has left so I don’t know the new office crew. It’s bugs and spiderwebs all outside my door. They do not care about anything other than RENT! Even if I was to change my locks they still would have to have a key. I will not renew my lease nor recommend these apartments that’s 3 months in! I’m highly upset about how they go about things out here. Also my walls are very thin I hear whole conversations above me. This is my first apartment and if I could go back in time I would’ve chose somewhere else.
