Management lie really bad! This new management that recently took over is the absolute worst! Everything just went down hill . If you looking for somewhere to stay this Is not it! Walls are very thin .. trash is everywhere . If you need a maintenance request it takes over a month to fix something . And it’s always the same excuse when you call “we’ll I’m the only one in the office”. Worst place to stay .

I STRONGLY RECOMMEND! I want to be as objective as possible as I can. After a rigorous search, we chose this place to be our home last year and we haven't regretted the decision. My research has been moved to Kannapolis, and that is why we had to move out this year. Ashley and her management team are very professional and very nice. It was on only one occasion that I encountered a rude staff but she isn't in the office anymore. They have the best and respectful maintenance team as far as all the 3 other places we lived in Greensboro are concerned. The apartment is always neatly kept and lastly, they are also strategically close to Walmart, the 4 season mall, banks and other popular fast food restaurants.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! *long honest review* My fiancé & I’s apartment was not ready on move in day. They were still installing carpet. It was not ready until after 4 pm. By then we missed our furniture and had to wait 4 days for it to be delivered again. The manager did cover the cost for redelivery. When we moved in we noticed it was the non upgraded apartment, mind you the price we were paying was the same price as the upgraded ones listed online. I’m certain they switched us to the non upgraded one when they told us our original wasn’t ready a week prior. After move in I noticed our apartment still wasn’t finished bc the molding was missing around the newly laid floors. I notified them & they came to fix it 2 days later. Very sloppy job. (Pictures included) There are no amenities. They’ve been lying almost 3 years now about a gym. It’s still unfinished. The computer room has 2 non working computers & printer. I have to go to the office 1-2x a week to ask them to print for me. 1 day I finally asked when would the computer room be fixed and was told it’s not in the budget. I’ve only tried to use the pool once in 2019 and was told it wasn’t ready. They require 60 days notice if you do not want to renew. They do send you a reminder though because I lived here previously & that was the procedure. However, they sent us no reminder in the mail nor email. As a result we gave them a 48 days notice. They decide to prorate us an extra 12 days even though they didn’t notify us and we’re in the middle of a pandemic! I went to the office to plead with manager dang near in tears but she refused to budge. It was only after I informed her she’d have 2 new reviews that she says she was going to waive the fee but now she wasn’t. Yeah right! 🙄 Overall the apartments are overpriced for what they are with no amenities & unprofessional management. They do not care about residents.

Sorry in advance for this long post. I would not recommend moving here. I’ll give you a run down of why. First, we were told a week before our move in day that the guy that was staying in the apartment said he couldnt move out until a week later so the apartment wasn’t going to be ready for another week. At that time, that wasn’t an option for my fiancé and I. Secondly, we were told that the only thing needed to be fixed was the washer and dryer and that they apartment would be ready by 10 am on the day of move in. 10 am arrived and the apartment was no where near ready. The guy who was fixing it had to put new carpet down in the whole apartment. The apartment was a 2 bedroom 2 bath. We constantly went to check on the time it would be available and we were told by the guy it would be ready by 12. The apartment didn’t get finished until 4pm. We had furniture that was delivered that we had to turn away because the apartment wasn’t ready. Third is that there were no managers on site. The manager, assistant manager, and maintenance manager all decided to randomly take a vacation 2 days before us andd other families were set to move in that weekend. The girl who was there tried her best to fix our issues but she was new and couldn’t really fix the issues. She also was told by the manager Tracey not to contact her that particular weekend. Why wouldn’t you want your staff to contact you if they had an issue? This was a red flag to me because you should want your staff to contact you if a problem came about. Tracey had to come in to help resolve the issues. She reimbursed us $40 to cover the delivery fee that we had to pay for the furniture. This was a good gesture, but the damage was already done. The fourth reason is when we moved in the apartment the cabinets were not updated. They were scratched. The bathrooms werent completely renovated. I sent an email about these issues to Tracey. She called me in anger and went on a rant. Instead of listening to my concerns she accused me of having a dog because of complaints from my neighbor. I denied having a dog. We paid 6 months up front to move in so if we did that we didn’t have a problem paying a extra $200 for the pet fee. Three weeks after that my fiancé was approached again by Tracey asking her do we have a dog because the neighbor complained about us having a dog once again. So Tracey took it upon herself to come over to our apartment building to look and see if she heard a dog in our apartment. At that point, I felt like she was very disrespectful and unprofessional and she started looking for something wrong that we did to put it on us to cover herself for all the issues we had since move in day. Last reason is because none of the amenities work. The gym had supposed to be ready 2 years ago. None of the computers work in the clubhouse. My fiancé asked the manager Tracey about fixing the amenities and she was told that fixing the amenities wasn’t in budget. All in all, if could rate this apartment complex a negative zero I absolutely would. I wouldn’t recommend moving here.
