Almost 3 years here since Southwoods took over it is all about the money not the people maintenance request 3 weeks or longer to get completed. Torn flooring and dirty water in dishwasher that does not work..Office manager is a joke. A huge drug problem here. Regional Manager:s only concern money..

Terrible Management. Excessive Charges for valet trash. You can’t communicate with management about anything. No middle ground for residents. Maintenance is unresponsive. Takes at minimum 45 days before you are contacted about maintenance. Fire hazard charges for valet trash cans provided by office. So you could be charged an additional amount for fire hazard if your trash is outside after 9am. Valet is one of the major issues. The biggest issue is management. Disrespectful as can be. The Young lady’s at the front office. Courtney and Cassandra are awesome great service from them never a complaint about them at all. Overall not the community to live in for the price. Terrible surrounding areas. Very Slummy

It's the management for me! I love Susan, Amy, and Myracle. They are very kind and professional. I have enjoyed my apartment this last year. Very spacious.
