I had a small staple in one of my tires and so I stopped by here after work to see if they could patch it for me. They were extremely busy and I didn't have an appt. But they squeezed me in and got it fixed with no charge! Plus everyone there was extremely friendly! Thanks guys!

I had a bad experience here and would never recommend coming here. I had a flat tire over the weekend, so I took my car here to get it fixed. I watched as they inspected my tire for 0.2 seconds, and without even removing the flat tire from my trunk to see if there was anything wrong with it, they came back into the lobby and told me my tire was damaged and needed to be replaced. They also said my other tires were 7/32 on the tread and that they wouldn't last long because they were "dealership" tires. Because of this, they recommended I replace all 4 of my tires. I decided to wait and get a second opinion, which I'm glad I did. I took my car to Jensen the next day and they said they couldn't find a single leak in the tire. They said the bead was kind of dirty, so they simply cleaned the bead, applied a bead sealant, and my tire was good to go. Furthermore, Jensen said the tread on my other tires were actually 8-9/32 (not 7, like Discount Tire told me) and were practically new. The icing on the cake was that it cost me ZERO dollars to get my tire fixed at Jensen. Thank you, Jensen, for saving me hundreds of dollars! I would NOT trust Discount Tire. Always get a second opinion!

I always have a good experience here. Today I was about 25 minutes early for my appointment for a tire rotation. They got me right in, and they were done with my car in less than 15 minutes! Friendly and efficient!
