If I could give this place ZERO stars I most definitely would!!!! This has been the absolute worse place we have ever lived in. For starters they kept pushing our move in date back for what reason I DONT KNOW because the day we moved in NOTHING was inside. No blinds, no stove, no dishwasher, missing outlet covers, no refrigerator, no knobs to the tub I mean you name it we didn't have it for about 5 days. I have documentation of every problem we had. We moved here in Sept the 1st problem we had was in March our A/C wasn't working, Paint was peeling in the tub, still no outlet covers (I have small kids so it's a big deal to have outlet covers) They refused to fix anything so I went to the point of calling the inspection people so they can get my issues resolved. Still till this day they temporally painted the tub because it's peeling again. On May 9 people next door moved in and our sink ended up getting clogged. Once again notified the leasing office. It took weeks for them to fix it. In June once again our a/c stopped working they finally sent someone professional to come take a look at it. He came 7/12 and said the only way the a/c would work is if it was a NEW UNIT installed and he said that the leasing office REFUSED to pay for it!!!! So, they had the Maintenance man rig the a/c so it can temporarily work until we leave this month. When he "fixed" the a/c it started leaking water which now they trying to blame it on my dog fur stopping the pipes (which doesn't make sense the professional person specifically said that the a/c unit is OLD, and it NEEDS to be replaced with a new one!). Once again, I've sent email after email about someone coming to fix the water leak. My daughter fell multiple times, and I had to take her to ER which this office will be paying for her medical bill due to negligence (not fixing the water leak after being notified NUMEROUS of times.) PLEASE if you are about to move here especially if you have small kids reconsider because they are just there for a paycheck, they don't care about your issues or concerns. THESE PLACES SOULD BE CONDEMNED HONESTLY!!

This place is just trash. The carpet is dirty when you move in. All types of insects including spiders, crickets and even snails make your life miserable.No pest control.Bathroom is full of mold. AC doesn’t work for the whole year. Every smell from your neighbor leaks to your apartment. Gunshots,drinking and loud noises everyday. No maintenance for anything. They will not give you your deposit. This is just trash. This kind of living situation shouldn’t be allowed by the city. You can see the pictures of snails crawling in our apartment daily. This is very scary place.We got sick after moving here. Anyone with right mind shouldn’t move here period.

In all honesty, the off people are never there. Maintenance doesn't do their job all they do is ride around in that truck hanging out the window. This complex doesn't even deserve one star and to yhe people who just moved in wait a little while longer and you'll see. They need to shut them down or sell them; one or the other. It's not fair to my family member who is paying his rent yet the ceiling is peeling because there was a leak, it took him 3 months to get a blind (and at that point I had to intervene), and he's been trying to get a hose for the kitchen sink for a month and a half. Don't do it because it's not worth you time, peace, and money. Not even a little bit.
