Apartments do have mold, Appliances barely work, neighbors are loud, walls are paper thin, definitely not worth the price, especially not worth them raising rent and not doing anything to improve these apartments

Man I wouldn't apply for an apartment over here. Imma be 100 percent honest only area that people like is far in the back up front cause potheads hang down there. They basically put you in any apartment. If you take a shower and someone else takes a shower same time in different bathroom the water turns cold. The maintenance men are no good they not professional. Walls are so thin you can hear people walk. Only way to get a washer or dryer is if you live upstairs downstairs don't qualify. Go to a real laundrymat the one over here I don't approve. The pool don't approve I was working out in gym two females making out in broad daylight knowing kids where around. Glad didn't sign another lease. In December I'm getting a nice house. Won't have to worry about them spraying for roaches all the time. Don't depend on maintenance or main office I'm trying to tell ya. Move over here they hustled you out your money. But yeah applications are $20.00 Not what I thought it would be.
