I lived here for 1 year and never regret it, very nice appartement complex. Very nice people and good stuff. Work orders get done pretty quick and it’s a very calm, safe and clean. If I didn’t move to Texas, I will never think of getting out of there

I have been a resident here since 2012. It is a great location you are just minutes from everything. The rent is kind of high but I think that's just how it is everywhere right now. Recently I had a issue with my air unit in my apartment and the maintenance guys Chad and gus were extremely helpful! They did everything in their power to get it working properly and came back multiple times to make sure it was working. They are a great asset to this complex. The office staff is very nice as well. Five stars to maintenance but only 4 stars to the complex as a whole just because of thr lack of upgrades in the apt. Overall I'm very happy here and would recommend it to my friends to live.

Very nice apartments! My daughter recently moved into Addison Point. The apartment is so nice. The grounds are very well kept & it’s quiet. Jeanne helped us every step of the way & she made the move so easy. Many thanks for all she’s done to help us out!!

My husband and I can’t thank Jeanne enough for her assistance during our relocation process to Greensboro. Jeanne made us feel at home from the time we walked through the door to inquire about apartment availability. She directed us through the process each step of the way. I must say that we haven’t been disappointed living her during our transition period while looking for a home. Thank you to Jeanne and the entire AP staff.
