I just recently moved from the Gardens out of state and I will truly miss it. I was there for about 6 years and went through a few management changes. But I will say I've never had a "bad" experience. The parking was previously a problem like other posts have mentioned, but once they implemented the parking pass system this year it was like night and day. I used to have to walk down the hill from my car but after parking passes, I would have a parking space in front of my building at any time of day. I never felt unsafe and I found the trash pick-up to be convenient. Even though it has always been 25/mo and you could not opt out of it, it makes sense. I lived a bit of a walk from the dumpster so never had a desire to lug trash around. If trash was left in the breezeway I would just put it in a maintenance request and they would fix it. Maintenance was ALWAYS awesome. Super timely. I could put a request in and it would often get fixed in less than 24 hours. That will likely be the part I miss the most. From just random light bulbs being out to my AC being broken one time. Always nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. Upon move-out everything was quick and easy. I would definitely recommend the Gardens. Of course every tenant has different experiences, but I would overall say the good outweighs the bad.

Literally made me never want an apartment again. Please bring back Signature Property groups! We’ve been here for going on three years and idk how you can manage a complex when you can’t manage your attitude. Diana is extremely unapproachable and uses a defensive and accusatory tone when addressed with issues throughout the apartment complex. Between the Valet Living trash services going from complimentary to $25 a month and the trash is abandoned more now than when it was complimentary. And the excessive mold throughout our building that is our fault and responsibility to clean up. They ignored our complaints on mold to the point of a hole forming in our bathroom due to water compromising the sheetrock because of a pierced pipe. Now we have mold on both sides of the wall under the AC unit in our living room! I reached out to Diana yet again, and she sends someone out to replace the drywall which he did not do. Honestly just need some consistency and proper management who actually cares about the living conditions of their residents. Did I mention I have a two year old and this mold is hazardous for her health? Lastly, they have permanently locked the pool entrance closest to my apartment and when my daughter and I went down on July 19th, all gates were locked hours after the office opening and it was like pulling teeth to get an associate to unlock it. Definitely feel like more of an inconvenience living here than a resident. DO NOT RECOMMEND! Management does not perform everyday tasks required of them in a timely fashion. Timothy (newer worker) has been very helpful with reassuring me that our issues will be resolved.

Moving can be one of the most stressful ordeals a person can go through. Mario Scott has been so helpful in helping me navigate the process of leasing an apartment here. He has patiently put up with all of my phone calls and been responsive to my emails. Cannot thank him enough.
