One year update , decided to renew my lease as it's a safe place and well mang..and maintained place to live Amber and james have worked hard on the social area putting in tables & chairs and horse shoe pit , grill, lights. Very well run apartment complex, Marie the mang makes it like home and is real organized...place is real cozy and very well maintained....people live here for years it so nice....has that cottage feel.... James & Amber the maintenance people are top notch..

I lived at this location 8 years ago and moved to different apts many times after and just recently moved back. Lakemont has been by far the best place we have lived and has the BEST lady in the office running the show. Her name is Marie. We were so lucky that a place opened up a few months ago and we moved back! It's night and day compared to our last apt (the cardinal was horrible!). We absolutely love it here. It's affordable, the neighbors are all so much nicer and friendlier and the apts are kept up really well with prompt responses from all staff. Definitely recommend.
