We received a notice that we have 30 days to vacate the property and that it's not an eviction notice, just that they for no reason (which Jennifer said she doesn't have to give us a reason), just decided to end the lease. This comes only weeks after being offered one of their new apartments with a higher rent. If they intended to force people to move because they declined the higher rent then they should of told us this week's ago. We would have understood if they planned to remodel the building or jack the rent up, that wouldn't have been a problem. So we are now forced to find housing in 30 days for four children without a reason. I would not waste my time here unless you would like to be put out unexpectedly without reason.

*Updated* I've been living here for almost 3 years and I'm at the point where you'd have to drag me out kicking and screaming. I have literally zero intentions on moving away from here. To say I got lucky when I moved in is a major understatement. Pros: - RENT-CONTROLLED. I have been spending $915 since I moved in 3 years ago and I am under contract where they are unable to raise it. With seemingly almost all apartments around us raising rent, this is quite literally one of the best places to live right now. - It was built recently, within the last 5-6 years, so everything is quite new. - The community is fantastic, all of the people living here that I have interacted with have been incredibly friendly. Some have offered to help me take groceries from my car to my apartment, others have even offered to take my garbage out. - I feel incredibly safe here. There has been no crime at this complex since I've moved in. - The rooms are spacious, and they make sure everything is pristine before moving someone in. I barely had to write anything down that was damaged before moving in. - Maintenance and staff are all also incredibly friendly and always there to help. I haven't had an issue go unresolved. - The apartment is a short drive from downtown and you are also within walking distance of several stores, doctors, restaurants, etc. - The walls are thick and I barely hear anything or anyone. I sleep through the night perfectly fine and have never been woken up, and I am a very light sleeper. Cons: - The water pressure is pretty bad. The showers are weak. I did ask about this, and they told me it was apartment wide. They did say if you purchase a new shower head to try and help, they will get maintenance to install it for you. I went ahead and purchased a new shower head, it's doing okay. With all of the positives though, I'll gladly take weak water pressure. - You can hear the traffic of the interstate, being directly next to it. I don't find this to be a negative, but others might really hate that sound. - I live on the 3rd floor with no elevator, so if I somehow injure myself to where I can't get upstairs, I'm honestly not sure what I would do. Something to keep in mind. I cannot speak on the ammenities (Gym, pool, playground, etc) as I do not use them. All in all, if you're thinking about moving here, I genuinely cannot recommend it enough.

My family and I were only there for a few months until our home was built but this was an amazing experience while we were there. The location is great, close to stores shops and food. The 3 bedroom was very nice inside. Melissa was great. I’d stay there again.

If i could give 10 stars i would. The BEST apartment community in Greensboro with out a doubt. Best lease terms. Best property. Best area. Best amenities and appliances hands down. I have had nothing but good things to say about Jennifer and Melissa since I've lived here for almost 3 years. Anything you ever need just ask! They have helped me out of a jam a time or two! Woodland Heights or nothing if you ask me.

Hello Tina. Each apartment has its own meter that a 3rd party billing company sends out the bill each month to each resident. The resident then pays the 3rd party billing company each month.
Hello Dutch. Looking at our records, we do not list you as a resident here at Woodland Heights of Greensboro. Our property is privately owned so the owner is the person that is above each manager. We do not have a corporate office. Our managers are not permitted to give out his personal information. However, if you would like to talk to the owner we would be happy to forward your contact information to him so he can be in touch with you.
