Our AC stopped working and just blow hot air three time now and I have only been here less than a month!!!!!! We requested work orders every time that happened. The second time the maintenance worker said the AC unit has to be changed, but the office staff instead of working on bringing a new unit, they tried to fix the old one! It didn't last even for a day!it stopped again!!! We have to stay in this hot apartment for the weekend because they don't have anybody to fix it! They should have had ordered a new unit but they haven’t and we aren’t guaranteed an AC! We are having to deal with multiple issues in this apartment every week. We signed a lease to live in an apartment that has a working AC in it!!!! One of the office staff talked to one of my roommates and was rude about it!!! We had to go through too much and she is acting like we haven’t notified them a million time about it! I have lived in places that were old and built years ago but they were in good condition!! I have never had to deal with a management team that are as inconsistent and inconsiderate as this one! I am regretting signing a year lease with them because staying here is unbearable!

me and my mom lived here for only a year. the place is dirty and so many bugs. i didn’t even feel comfortable taking a shower. when we first moved in a bite mark from a dog was left under the sink.i understand the property is old but they never did anything about it. the staff is super nice but living here i wouldn’t recommend. way too many bugs for me chile.

I was supposed to move here with my family on a certain date and it was the end of a month so we can have some days to move. but on that day, we came to get our keys and start moving they told us our apartment is not ready. And we signed our lease and everything, but they didn't check it before that date. We were already stressed about moving and they made it more stressful for us. After that to make it right they told us to ask for a fair agreement and when we told them what we wanted they refused to accept it and we were forced to agree with what they wanted. It was a really short time to find another place to move to. After we got our keys the next day We noticed that they didn't complete the work in the place. Why do you let people move to a place that is not ready for humans to live in!!! The oven wasn't set up in the right way so it didn't have enough electricity to work on. The Bathtub doesn't have a stopper and the handle is loose The medicine cabinet was put in the wrong direction and it is old The doors are so stiff we have to push them hard to close/open them There are a lot of holes that need pieces to be completed. We felt like we made a big mistake in choosing this place to move to.

Asked for my ac to be fixed numerous times . Maintenance comes 4 times out and it’s still not working. It’s hot this summer and I guess I’m never getting my ac fixed . Will be ending my lease sooner than later
