The School at Spring Garden and Spartan Place Apartments

If you are looking for a 5 star residence, this is not the place. But if you are looking for a place that's comfortable and affordable - this is the place. The apartment here is nice, it has everything you need really from laundry units to a kitchen to even parking. It even has a small gym area for those that work out. I moved in this year and I like the place. My only pet peeve would be my window not really opening, the carpet having stains, and there being a bit for dust. Besides that for the price I pay, I satisfied.

As far as getting your money's worth square foot wise, theres no better place. I was astounded when I got into my apartment. The hot water is a little slow though and the carpets could be better, but those are nit picky.

I’m a full time college student that also works and I’ve been living at the school at Spring Garden for over a year now and just resigned my lease. I’ve loved it here for the most part. Great price, free wifi, and free water. I personally live on a bottom floor unit so I do see more bugs (which is expected and the buildings are old historical buildings). I’ve never had an issue with management nor maintenance. The office is very friendly and works to help you with your issues when you have them. I did have a problem with my flooring since move in of last year and after a year, corporate did decide to replace it. Luckily they let us do it section by section instead of having us have to go to a whole new unit. The floors were my only issue really since move in. I highly recommend this for college students. It’s right in the middle of Greensboro so you have a lot of job and food options. Everyone I’ve come across here have been friendly and I do feel safe here as a 24 year old living on her own. They are not pet friendly unless you have an ESA or Service animal so just be mindful of that. Overall, I like this place. It’s nice for me and my job while I’m in college.

I’ve been living here for about a year and a half now. The location is perfect. The apartments are set up really cute and comfortable. I haven’t had any problems the management is very professional, friendly and will make sure you have a comfortable stay. I don’t have roaches never seen one in my apartment maybe it’s because i don’t live on the bottom floor I don’t know. Also not everyone out here is rude.
