I would give it a 0/5 if I could. It is very misleading and is nothing like website says. I am telling you BUYER BEWARE is an understatement. Please do Not give this business your money . Room was dirty half used shampoo bottle on Sink, plastic cup covers looks like some kind of rodent has chewed through them, sheets were stained and dirty with black specs that we couldn’t tell if it was just dirt or tiny bugs. We had a patio room that suppose to have chairs and there wasn’t any the heated pool was not heated and was dirty and my kids didn’t even want to swim the hot tub said was close for maintenance but is was dirty and looked like it has been that way for a while. The playground was so run down it was so sad and did not feel safe to let my kids play on it . I personally cleaned and sanitized bathroom and still didn’t feel comfortable to use and could not and would not even sit on bed. We ended up checking right back out and asked for refund and the front desk lady said no and did not even apologize. It was a very frustrating situation and it wasn’t just us two women in parking lot when we walked in to check in said they found black dirt in both beds an another left check Out before we did because the website was so misleading. Please don’t waste your time or money to stay here please stay somewhere else or just go back home to sleep you are better off. And the worst part is they say this is a 4 star hotel What a joke!

Very clean,friendly staff,nice pool with kiddie area, picnic tables and grills, hot tub but it was down needing maintenance, but there is small spa tubs in all rooms.The rooms were a bit dated and need minor repairs but still nice. They offer a continental breakfast which I have not tried but have heard many complaints about. In my opinion continental breakfast aren't suppose to be all that anyway. If I experience a difference in opinion I'll add to this post. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere yet close to everything. You'll have to visit to know what I mean.

We were so disappointed when we saw our room. It was in the back of the hotel, separated from the main motel. I'd requested they air out the room as I have a sensitivity to chemical smells. Clearly that was not done. There was a bad patch job on the ceiling where water had leaked. The toilet was so low we could hardly sit down. The TV remote didn't work as the batteries were corroded. They did come and give us a new remote after we waited over an hour. They were doing remodeling on the outside. We came back to our room in the afternoon to rest, but all we could hear was an electric saw, hammering and a nail gun right outside our room. When we complained to the manager he was totally disinterested. No help at all. Please save your money and go somewhere else!! Oh, the coffee and donuts were really good.

Always good experiences when we stay at the pine view resort. The staff there are hard working good people. Almost like a whole other family. Worth every penny. Clean and no bugs that we've seen and we've stayed there quite a bit.
