Rare 5 of 5 for me. Very nice, and updated hotel. Check in was seemless. Getting here was easy. Rooms are spacious and corner rooms like mine are also very nice and bright. Restaurant and bars on site. Seems quiet enough for downtown and in range of walking around to other places.

Very clean hotel and very well kept. All of the staff were helpful and friendly. Connected to the convention center which is also a beautiful place. Great location for restaurants in downtown. Would highly recommend when needing to stay downtown.

Stayed here for Thunder. The hotel is gorgeous, the rooms were fresh and clean. The staff was attentive and very helpful. The hotel was perfect walking distance for the event. It was close enough that it was only a 10-15 walk, and they partner with Hyatt for parking, so there was plenty of parking available. There is even a walk through connecting the two hotels if you end up parking at the Hyatt.

Hotel is beautiful but the service from every department is not good, In our room we did not have a garbage can in the bathroom, no pen or notepad, The night I arrived I called to request toothpaste around 11:30PM, the person answer that they didn’t have a runner so I had to come down, when I when down it was 3 agents at the desk one of them on the phone all the time that she did not look up, it was clear that one of them could of being that toothpaste, next day I asked for glasses, they clearly told me NO, that if I wanted I could ask the restaurant, really? Where’s customer service here? Hairdryer in the room wasn’t working, I called down to get a replacement and I was waiting for an hour and never came, I called again and they told me it was getting delivered now, another 15 minutes and nothing, I had to leave because I had a tour on my way out i stop by the desk and told them I never received the dryer, they told me they will make sure I received it, I came back after all day out and guess what? No hairdryer, it was really upsetting.
