I had high hopes since I like this chain. Rooms are very large, new looking at first glance but I notice some upkeep issues already. Not cleaning corners of counters, sink, Wallpaper already peeling in bathroom (likely design or application flaw...humidity from shower and basic wall paper is a bad mix.) Breakfast was a series of Jimmy Dean items warmed up, scramble, sandwiches, etc. Nice outdoor patios, pool, work out area. Front desk team is good. As others noted, I asked for a quiet room, maybe there is no such thing close to the airport. For one night it did the job.

This location is very clean but slightly noisy. There was a motorcycle group that could have been quieter. This location has a very professional staff especially Ceairra at the front desk. Ceairra thank you for helping my son and I have a wonderful stay at Hilton on 6/25/22!

We picked this hotel because they could confirm connecting rooms, even though it was going to cost us $75 more per room. When we arrived they told us 1 room was on the second floor and the other was on the third floor. We told them we needed connecting rooms like we booked but the best they could do was 2 rooms right next to each other. That is just inconvienent when you have your kids in 1 room by themselves. We also paid for a king room and a room with 2 queen beds. We ended up with 2 rooms with 2 queen beds. This was fine but the king room was more expensive and they would not refund the difference. My 10 year old also found a pill in the sofa bed when he pulled it out to sleep on. Very disappointing

Funny part is I had a reservation and I called the evening before, 02/07/22, to get an accessible room. Between the male and female I spoke with I wasted 20 minutes and got nowhere. Call back on the day of my check in for better info, is how the conversation ended. I was definitely not excited to go to this hotel, this coming from a diamond member of many years. I called back the morning of my flight and got Megan the manager. 4-5 minutes later the room was set, no issues. Once I got there everyone was great and very friendly. Breakfast was not bad, room was great, and coffee and tea were always refilled and hot. Great stay, I was pleasantly surprised
