I switched to My Pharmacy last year after being with CVS for over 10 years. CVS lost that good customer service feel. Every month there was a mistake with one prescription or another and they would never acknowledge they were wrong or even say a simple "I'm sorry for your inconvenience". At My Pharmacy they make you feel like you are important to them, that you matter. Service is prompt and with a friendly smile and a thank you. They go out of their way to make your shopping experience a great one. Plus they don't give me the run around with excuses every month which has cut down on my anxiety level. I recommend them to everybody I know. Thank you My Pharmacy.
