In town for the holiday and time with family. This hotel was an late option and we found out why they still had rooms available on one the biggest holidays. It is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Just dirty and very old/outdated. They lack customer service because the staff is not qualified to work in the industry. I know they are independently owned but Choice Hotels needs to take back this hotel back. Just terrible, poor management and ownership. This place needs to be closed down and revamped, totally overhaul. They could not pay me to stay there. Checked out early before we were able to enjoy the holiday festivities. Two thumbs down.

Positive: The hotel is located very close to the highway and very convenient if you are driving. Negative: The receptionist at the hotel said that we would have to pay extra because we were four people even though we reserved a double bed bedroom. she threatened us to call the police. The AC wasn't working, after that, we were scared to tell the receptionist.

The front desk person , Bridget, was friendly and helpful the room was clean and well appointed . Grateful there was a table and two chairs so when we ordered in we did not have to sit in the bed to eat dinner. It is pet friendly and plenty of place to walk the dog. it is right off route 95 for east on off access. The bed was comfortable. The furniture old style but I’m not purchasing the furniture. Reasonable price and the standard free breakfast

Staff was courteous and helpful. That's about all I can say about this hotel. It is right off the exit ramp to I95. Trucks, trucks, and more trucks. Says there is truck parking, but anything pulling a trailer had to park along the road. NOT ON THE PROPERTY. This was the noisiest place I have ever stayed. It says there is a pool, but if you call a concrete hole in the ground filled with mucky water a pool!!! I think I will scratch this place off my list!
