We traveled from CT to visit my friend that lives near Manning. Honestly, there was not many choices of places to stay but every place we’d look at had horrible recent reviews, besides here. The location is perfect, and it is set back from the road. It has plenty of light at night. The rooms were extremely clean and recently renovated. The staff was extremely nice and made sure you had what you needed. However, I have to say that the biggest downfall is that you can hear everything, the walls are really thin and i’m not really sure how you’d even fix that but it didn’t change our stay. If this is a one night stay or a week like us, I definitely recommend it.

Large room and friendly staff. They are outside access rooms but it felt secure and were nice. Didn't care for the bathroom layout but for that price, I can suffer a little. What I want to rave about is the breakfast. Talk about paying attention to detail! This lady was doing everything. The eggs were cooked just right. Everything was great.. oh yeh, the juice was good. Not that watered down stuff others have. Another plus+++++ pets are allowed $50 :( Veterans discount! :) ENJOY

I would have left 5 stars if not for the following 2 complaints. The lobby had a strong chemical cleaner and/or air freshener smell. I'm very sensitive to chemicals, as are many others, I wish I had worn a mask upon checking in because it really affected me. Then when I turned on the AC in my room, I immediately choked up again. I pulled out the filters and they were caked with dust. I cleaned them myself, but then I noticed the grill was also filthy. When I knocked all the dust off it, it went all over the floor and I had to get someone to come and vacuum. It's too bad they let that get so dirty, because the rest of the room was very clean, the bed was super comfortable, and I got a great night's sleep there.

We were super grateful for this hotel. We'd been traveling 11+ hours with a dog and called to let them know we'd be there at 10 pm, the lady at the front desk said she'd put it in our reservation. When we got there she was super friendly, I didn't grab her name but she was brand new, and ready for us. The place was super clean as was the room! Definitely going to stay there again!! The fact that they took dogs was amazing. Plus the breakfast muffins were really good!
