Applied to the apartment and apparently the apartment available at 9:25 pm was then leased the next day. 3 days after applying was told I was approved with no deposit then saying said without clarifying the lease application I was submitting was taken. When you apply expect that you are only applying to 1 specific apartment and that others who apply to one that is still listed on website will be given priority. No notice was given until I reached out about the specific apartment I applied to. When looking at the website it will show open listings that aren't taken down when contacting them via email since they dont answer calls.
