I was so disappointed when I interview to move into willow ridge. Jose was so undecided in his choice of residents move in. I meet Rodger the maintenance man and his expression to me was:) information given of other choices. I filled out two application on two different dates and his response to my income was you make to much on first interview. Second, time was you was 10.00 short. The Apts are nice but now he is under investigation for asking for my information under false pretense leasing,. It’s ok because I’m about to move. Please when you apply for an apt, check all three of your credit report. There is a lot of fraud going on . I RATE THEM A ONE…..

The 4 bedroom is 750 a month the 3 bedroom is 700 and the 2 bedroom is 650 and it isn't based on your income you will just need to show you last 3 pay stubs so the manager knows you can pay on time and be a good tennet

They are affordable but I don't think yhey have waiting list. Jist go to their website and fill out an application.

Not sure about 4 bedrooms...but I have a 3 bedroom and it's $769.00 a month & yes u have to make 3 times the rent unless u have a housing voucher.
Yes they are income based. You can get an application from the office of the community manager. The hours are usually 8am to 5pm.
