I must say that I’ve thoroughly enjoyed my stay here at Greenhaven Trace apartments! From the initial interest calls with Sarah from her being prompt & helpful to move-in. Terry is fun & efficient with repairs! I love how open & spacious the floor plans are! The price is GREAT for the layout accompanied with cable, washer & dryer, car wash, gym & pool with cookout area! I also appreciate the option to pay your rent online without any extra fees. When I first moved in I sat out at the fountain every night! I most definitely will be renewing my lease here!

I wish I would have found this apartment complex a long time ago , this was by far the most convenient and safe apartment i have had on the southside. Definitely a hidden gem. I'm going to be sad when I move but by far a great stay!!!

I have lived here for many years. Never had any major problems. It's very quiet and peaceful. I love the size of my bedroom and if I ever have a maintenance problem they respond very quickly. They are also very polite. The pool could be bigger. But overall I like it here. They keep the place nice and neat.
